- All products listed on our website are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Prices at time of order placement will be honored
5. ORDERS
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp
- Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing order
6. PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:

- ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship across India via Delhivery
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499
- Standard shipping charge: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
- Tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp once order is shipped
- Delbo Objects is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- For return requests contact us on WhatsApp with order ID and photos
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Once order is shipped cancellation is not possible
- For cancellation requests contact us immediately on WhatsApp
- Refund for cancelled orders processed within 5-7 business days
10. PRIVACY POLICY
- We collect only necessary personal information to process your orders
- Your information is never sold or shared with third parties
- Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay
- We may use your contact details to send order updates and promotional messages
- You can opt out of promotional messages anytime by contacting us
